Registration Desk
Exhibitors, media representatives and special guests can get their badges and passes at the Exhibitor Registration Desk.
Location
The Registration Desk is located at the entrance of the fairs, at level 300 of the exhibition hall west of Place Bonaventure.
Opening hours
Wednesday, October 16, 2013 : 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Thursday, October 17, 2013 : 7:30 am to 8:00 pm
Friday, October 18, 2013 : 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
Information and Services Desk
The Exhibitor Information and Services Desk is located in the exhibition hall west, near the Promotor Office.
Representatives of the fair team will be present at all times to answer your questions and assist you throughout the event.
Suppliers Services Desk
The main suppliers will be on hand during the set-up day and throughout the event. You can then, if necessary, order additional services or equipment on site.
Their Services Desks are located in the exhibition halls. We can find them by going and asking the Exhibitor Information and Services Desk.
Exhibitors' Lounge
A rest area is available to exhibitors throughout the fair, away from noise and crowds. Fresh water dispensers are available at all times.
The Exhibitors' Lounge is located on the south mezzanine of the exhibition hall west. It is accessible by the stairs located at the front of the exhibition hall, near the Exhibitor Information and Services Desk.
Food & Beverage Area
Two dining areas are available for exhibitors.
- A snack bar is set-up and operated by the caterer Francis Beaulieu Bonaventure right inside the exhibition hall. You would enjoy light meals and beverages.
- The Food court of Place Bonaventure, which is located just steps from the exhibition hall in the same building, offers a variety of restaurants as varied menus for breakfast, lunch and break coffee. There are more than 500 seats.
We also find a variety of restaurants near the Place Bonaventure, remember, is located in downtown Montreal.
Tellers
Tellers are found in Place Bonaventure, in the Central Station and in other public places and shops nearby.
